ABOUT THE BUILDER:

Leo Conde has been involved in the building industry of Houston and surrounding counties for the past 10 years.  A Houston native, Leo gained invaluable experience while working as a superintendent for one of the areas premier builders where he acquired the knowledge and skills needed for constructing high quality custom built homes.  From 2001-2003 he worked for a high end custom home builder in West Houston.  Leo formed his own construction company in the fall of 2003 and began building his reputation for superior craftsmanship and excellent customer service.

Sapphire Custom Homes was founded on the principles of building distinctive homes with regard to detail and customer satisfaction at a reasonable price. Leo and his wife, Cathy have worked diligently as a team to cut overhead cost that is normally passed on to the homeowner, in order to provide more house for the money.  Realizing the value of his customer’s investment, Leo gives special attention to overseeing every aspect of construction.  Good communication between builder, homeowner, and trade contractor is the cornerstone of any successful building project.  Our goal is not only to provide the highest quality home, but also to make the building experience an enjoyable one.
